How often do they turn over their clothing online?  There's a top I really like but would it be safe to put it on my b-day wishlist for next month or should I snap it up now?  This is the top if it matters:

It really varies depending on the item.  They seem to keep stuff up until it sells out.  Some stuff sells out really quickly and some things stay on the site for months.  If you'd rather wait for your birthday, you could call and ask how quickly the item is selling.
