I bought these completely on a whim at Nordies tonight because I love kelly green, I love hearts and I have the maturity level and taste of a typical five year old. None of which are practical reasons to buy a pair of shoes.
I just had this strage attraction to them and I don't know if it was because of the green. the heart, or the simple fact that I had a crappy day at work. I am convinced these shoes would be perfect if it wasn't for that green portion of the wedge...it's shiny patent leather...like rainboots or something! I also took a good look at my wardrobe and I am completely stumped as to what colors look good with this shade of kelly green (besides neutrals and pink).
(btw, they also come in these other colors. are they any cuter?)
Or are they ready to be featured in the venerable "Go Fug Youself" blog int he near future?
In theory they're cute but I would pass. You're right about the colored part on the back of the wedge, I think it totally throws off the whole shoe. Overall I like the yellow ones best but I think they'd all be hard to work with. You should take them back, especially since you're not sure how to work them into your wardrobe.
I voted no. Those shoes give me a headache in any color. But if you are going to enjoy them - well, then life's too short not to have fun with footwear!

Hey girls... We're the last people to want to censor anyone, and we get what you mean, but this term may be offensive to some of the other members of the forum. Watch yourselves, ok?
