i like this sweatshirt, but is it too cutesy-wutesy for someone who is 28 years old? i usually dress very casual/beach-bum on the weekends and keep in mind that i live in LA where most people dress sort of young anyway.  but i don't want to look like i am in high school either. 


does anyone know about fred flare's return policy? i am thinking of ordering two sizes and returning one--does anyone think that would be a problem? any codes for them right now?

I love that. I've been eyeing it myself.
I think it's adorable and not too teeny-bopper, especially since you live in LA.

You can return things to Fred Flare for a refund within 30 days. Also my friend works there so I bet she could do some finagling for you if there were a problem!

I haven't seen any codes recently but I'll look around for you.

ooh lala--thank you, cc.  i think the black/red looks a bit less teeny-bopper than the turquoise/red, although i like that one, too.  i guess my concern with the black one is that i am going to look like i got it at hot topic.

i think it's really cute. as long as you don't wear you're hair in pigtails, (or pair it with a mini & uggs) i think you'll be okay.

I actually prefer the turquoise one over the black, but both are really cute. I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing that at 28 either, especially not in LA.
