How did it take me so long to discover his tees? I just bought my first one and I LOVE it. My question is-- I bought a size 1 and the fit is great. But will it shrink in the wash??? I want to buy more and not sure if I should go up a size to compensate for shrinkage? Its this style:

I don't think it will shrink.  I bought one several years ago and it is a little big.  I've tried everything to shrink it (washed in hot and dried the hell out of it) and it BARELY shrank at all.  So, if you wash with care, it shouldn't shrink.

I typically wash my James Perse tees and then hang dry them.  I haven't had a prob with shrinking either.....oh, and they are great

no shrinking with mine either!  i adore James Perse... i have too many of his tees to count!
