Hey Mika, I haven't seen you on here in a while!! How are things?? We had ham at my parents last week and my mom just made her famous Split Pea Soup last night and it was sooooo good, as usual! I will get the recipe from her for you!!
Just freeze what you haven't used. I would chop up the rest and freeze it in individual freezer bags to add to soups, eggs, salads, breakfast stratas, etc. when I wanted some yummy ham without the fuss!
