Any ideas on what to do with Honey Baked Ham

So we ordered a bit too much weight on the Honey Baked Ham for the holidays. What to do with the leftovers? Have you ever made soup?

In ancient times, my mom would make split pea soup with cubed leftover ham.

Hey Mika, I haven't seen you on here in a while!!  How are things??
We had ham at my parents last week and my mom just made her famous Split Pea Soup last night and it was sooooo good, as usual!  I will get the recipe from her for you!!

Split Pea or Navy Bean soup.  Yum...

Just freeze what you haven't used.  I would chop up the rest and freeze it in individual freezer bags to add to soups, eggs, salads, breakfast stratas, etc. when I wanted some yummy ham without the fuss!

I like to put leftover ham in just about everything. One of my faves is to get Bear Creek potato soup mix and add ham to it.

Just the other day I got a box of deluxe macaroni and cheese and added leftover cubed ham to it.

A ham and cheese omelet sounds good too.
