and now i MUST have them... they are the most lucious, supple leather... and to own prada.... *sigh*... should i take the plunge? i am afraid after wearing high designer shoes, i may never be happy with less...
That is so funny. I roommmate bought this a little while ago. I thought she was crazy to spend that much money on a pair of shoes. But they are pretty!
stunning is the word i describe them with... i knew when i picked them up they were destined to be mine. and all day today i have brainstormed the variety of outfits i could wear them with...

bex - they ARE stunning. i say... take the plunge! but be forwarned... it IS hard to wear "less" after you've had that type of luxury on your feet. unless you have a large wallet stuffed full of cash you're next shoe buy will be (insert favorite less expensive shoe brand here)
alright- you've talked me into it... i am going to get them! eeee! i am so excited... i won't be at my Saks again until next week, so i'll post when i purchase!!! :)
i mean really, i can wear them with work clothes and with jeans right? thats what i keep telling myself anyway!!!!
I love them and I'm glad you decided to go for it!
However, for some reason....I am unable to wear my prada hardly ever. I have two pairs...they are BEAUTIFUL! I've worn one pair maybe 3 times in about a year and the other pair 0 times!! It's like I always want to save them for some super special occassion and only wear them where people will appreciate them. But, when you live in Oklahoma, that is hardly ever. I really wish I could just put them on and go for it, but I can't get over it.
thats funny Kari- b/c my biggest concern is that i'll be like "oh, i dont want to wear the pradas today- there is a 2% chance of rain and i don't want to walk in the rain with them" or "there is a chance i might scratch them so i wont wear them"....
They are gorgeous shoes and I think they're very practical and versatile, making them the perfect choice for your 1st shoe investment piece. I wouldn't worry too much about having to wear only designer shoes in the future, if your budget can't afford it your feet will feel fine in your Nine West's again. Enjoy your shoes
