buyer's remorse and funkylala question

Well, I got my Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Bag in Cloud Gray, and I am just not as excited over it as I thought I would be.  After much thought, I have decided I want to return it to funkylala.  It just cost too much money for me not to be totally happy about it.  Their return policy says to email them and they will email a return label within 24 hours.  I have done that and now it has been about 36 hours.  I called their phone # during office hours and no one answers. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?  I am getting concerned since I only have 30 days from the time of purchase to return it.

I'd probably give them a break for a few days since it is the holidays, then try again.

yeah, I'd give them until Monday because of the holiday. They probably took a long weekend. :)
