I seem to recall that you bought this sweater... if I am right, or if anyone else has this sweater, how did you deal with the shedding issue?  I wore this out last night and I felt like I was wearing a cat.  It's gorgeous, but I can't deal with the mounds of white fluff it produces (stuck to my jeans, in my eyes, all over everything I sat on, etc...)

Hey detroit.  First let me say I love your outfits (in case I didn't say so in thread style). 


I don't have a problem with shedding and the sweater.  I wore it once with a pair of VS navy twill pants and it got fur on it all day, but everything else I have worn it with, including jeans, has "repelled" the fur I guess, because it really was only a problem that one time. I have had it cleaned (dry cleaned).  Maybe that helps?  I really don't know what to say because it isn't a problem.

yeah - that's what I was thinking... a dry cleaning may help matt the fibers a bit... I really don't understand why it was sticking to my jeans so much - I was wearing 7 boot cuts and there must a substantial nap in the denim...

I do not have that particular sweater Detroit, but I had one that did the same thing and I just ran a lint roller all over it (I probably used 8 or 9 sheets) really well.  After that it stopped shedding completely.  HTH!
