In general, RM bags are luxurious and beautiful. I'm happy that I invested in one.

I got mine in late 2006 and carried it through that winter, last year fall/winter, and this year fall. It still looks great (i love the patina on the handles) and I am pretty much a bag abuser (never switch them out, don't use dustbags, etc.). I got an amazing deal, but would pay full price (ok, well maybe discounted w/ a code) knowing how much use i've gotten out of it. If you can afford it, do it! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I had the exact one she is carrying in the picture - I carried it for 6-8 months. It was great for travel, because it's REALLY roomy and I also loved the style.

BUT, day-to-day, I don't carry a ton of things in my bag, and because of this it flopped into a leather puddle whenever I set it down. The leather was *too* soft and buttery for me.

I would totally get the morning after mini if I knew it had more structure.

I'm still sad it didn't work out.

I have two RM bags. A Morning After and a Nikki. I'm a fan of both and think they are worth the expense.
I have both in the large size. I'm a mom so I end up carrying a lot of kiddie junk in it so I need and love big bags.

I really like the Morning After Mini, but I am petite so the regular size is a bit too large for me. The mini is 20% smaller.

I recently got the morning after mini in cloud grey. I absolutely love it. I got it on super sale, but I would have paid more for it. It's a gorgeous bag,the leather is so soft and smooshy and the mini is the perfect size for me.

She just had a sample sale so you might have missed the best deals but I've still seen decent prices on ebay for a lot of them. I have quite a few RM's and love the morning after bag. The regular size one I don't carry much but the Morning after mini (MAM) has become my go to bag, so much so that i have it in black and brown. The leathers are soo smushy. Worth it.

What is the difference between the Morning After Bag and the Morning After Bag Luxe?

I have the mini Morning After and absolutely love it. My particular bag isn't smooshy like some others, but I don't know if that's because of the particular color I got.
I got mine when Shopbop had a coupon code, so I think if you go for it you can wait for a discount somewhere.
Be forewarned that it might become an addiction. I want to add another to my collection.

some of the online sample sale sites have recently had a bunch of of RM bags - i think both gilt and hautelook - i think the bags have been up 3 times since the fall so if you sign up for their emails you can get in on the next sale

Right before Thanksgiving, Saks had a super sale on their whole store. I scored it for like 75% off retail price. They don't have any left now though - there were only like 3 Saks in the U.S that carried RM to begin with, and I just called one store and got lucky.

I know funkylala.com carries RM and there's a 35% off code right now. HTH.

I have a Morning After Mini in emerald and I love it! It's one of my favorite bags. I think the leather is great and I like the shape of the MAM. I loved my MAM so much that I bought two more RM bags in different styles and I've been very happy with them. I've never bought 2 of the same bag, but lately I've been considering getting a second MAM. A lot of sites have RM on sale right now. Luna Boston has a code, I think. So do label360 and revolve clothing (I think).

Thanks ladies so much. I am getting a RMB in Cloud Gray for Christmas. I got it for 35% off at funkylala. SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAALLLLL!!!!!
It is my first "high-end" bag purchase. I know that Chanel and Louis Vuitton is what is considered high end, but you know what I mean. The most I have ever spent on a bag was on an $81 knockoff of a Louis Vuitton. However, I am fast becoming a bag snob. Well, maybe snob is not the appropriate word--let's just say I am becoming more appreciative of quality over quantity. I have decided that I want a quality bag. I will model it when I get it.
The next bag I want is an Anna Corrina City tote. I am not sure about size, color, etc, but that is one I have loved for a long time. When the time gets near, probably about 6 months from now, I will be asking for advice.
