so I have some sellers fees and I got an email saying they tried to take it form my bank and it wouldnt let them...dont know why. anyway, they are charging me a $15 fee becasue of that?!? thats more than I made selling stuff. has this happened to anyone else? can i dispute the fee somehow? I dont know why it didnt go through- there is way more than enough in my bank account so its not like it bounced or something.

Make sure its not one of those scams where they're trying to get you to enter your bank acct info or somethere. I'd log into your ebay acct and see if you can find record of this happening once in there- it sounds like it could be fishy.

yeah- I thought about that but I did log into my account and there is a charge on there... 3:30 plus a $15 returned payment fee. I checked my bank account though and can't find anything on there... I really do NOT want to pay the fee and of course there is no phone number for ebay... This is soooo frustrating!

oh my god this is getting so obnoxious! my bank swears up and down that they never received a request for the charge or sent any payment back- yet, ebay refuses to take the charge off becasue "I must have not had the account number in my profile correct."-- um, yeah except it was right and they had no problem taking money out of my account the month before...
