Tati, I haven't seen any in that design with more than 3 discs but you could convo her (3SWEETPEASJEWELRY) and see if she can come up with something. Or you could do something like this from Birthdesigns:

I hit up my Neiman Marcus Outlet yesterday! Yay! I scored a goergous quilted Marc Jacobs clutch/wallet, a sexy pair of Manolo Blahnik navy snakeskin sandals, two Juicy thermals and their matching bottoms, a Betsey Johnson little satin black dress and black trench coat from the Betsy Johnson outlet. I will post pics when I can! I love Thanksgiving sales!

Ridiculously overpriced at $20, but after a GC and coupon code it was only $0.50 out of my own pocket, so I went for it because it's just what I've been looking for!

ETA: it's a hair clip, I don't know if that is apparent in the picture!

After reading all sorts of reviews on drugstore.com and makupalley and asking here, I decided I can't give up my nice brand of mineral makeup.  So I found it cheaper online - $10 less per pot and free shipping!  Wheeeeeeee!

I hit up Saks too and they were having a serious shoe sale.
I got a pair of snakeskin Manolo Blahnik's (which I gave to my best friend as a Christmas/thanks for being there for me present) and Loboutin's for me for work. Wen the sight is back up I'll post photos. But got both pair of shoes for less than $500!!

Nanette Lepore Women's "Day Dream" Dress I just got this vision of beauty for $129.60 down from $360.  It is the Nanette Lepore Day Dream dress I have been salivating over. It was already on sale at Bloomingdales and was an extra 40% off.  Then I used the free ship code "SHIPXMAS" (I don't like the X!!).  Since there is no Bloomingdales in my state I did not have to pay tax.  Whoohoo!!!!!
