Has anyone been to Charlotte Russe lately?  I need a dress for my costume on Halloween (I changed my mind again!) and they have one on their site, I'm hoping they have it in store:

if anyone has been to hot topic lately, have you seen and vinyl mini skirts?  That's another option I'm playing with!
