i've only ordered from them once so i dont think i can give you that much insight about their service/size ect. from my experience so far their sizing seems to be a bit small. i bought a sz 4 blazer which fit (except for my freaky long arms) and i usually wear a size 0- 2 in stores like banana. i dont know about the return process yet since i just returned the blazer this week but one thing i can tell you is that you dont return to france but to somewhere in the states. hth.

i have ordered from there once. it was a year or so ago and i HAD to have a skirt that i saw online. i was extremely disappointed in the quality, but it was so inexpensive that i kept it instead of paying to return it.

i've only ordered from them once also, a blouse and a pair of sandals. both were ok quality and true to size if slightly small (but not a whole size). i didn't return anything, but i have heard that they are owned by the lane-bryant group and that the returns are processed in the US and the customer service is fine.

Just noticed - they now have a free shipping offer on orders over $75 ! Why not, I think I'll check it out, especially since returns are to Indiana, not France.

I ordered some stuff last fall, and I had no problems with shipping. The quality of the clothing wasn't bad at all. Not any worse than what you buy in the mall. I ended up returning a couple of thing, just because I didn't like the way they fitted on me. Only thing that annoys me about thier stuff, is that they put shoulder pads in all the jackets. I had to undo the seam and take them out.

I ordered a top and a pair of flats from them last year, shipping was very slow. I ended returned the top (look weird on me) and exchanged size for the flats (they were running a size bigger). I am happy with the flats though.

I've ordered clothes and shoes from them. I returned all the clothes, they just fit me really weird, the shoes I love. I've ordered 3 pairs and I have no problem with those.
