Is it sheer or would it be ok worn without a cami underneath?  Also, does it look cheap?

I've seen them in person and they're okay. I bought a couple similar ones from the gap a few months ago and they're really convenient for work in the summer months. As for the ON ones, it depends on the color. I can't remember exactly but some looked kinda cheap and others looked fine. Not much help I guess!

I wouldn't get it if you're picky about pilling - ON's cotton pills with one wash. It drives me crazy. I won't buy cotton sweaters any more because none of them last more than a season without that fuzzy look.
