I love this tank top, ever since I saw it on that roller-girl in the diet coke commerical, but I don't love the price tag. ..$132 at girlshop.com! Anyone seen anything similar and a whole lot cheaper?

I am not sure I saw that exact one, but they had a lot of similar tops at F21. They looked OK -- I doubt they'll last years, but neither will the trend. I really haven't had too many quality issues with Forever21, though I know many people have.
