I am going skiing this weekend at Bachelor Gulch, Co. I need some inspiration for packing. What would you wear bumming around the lodge? Also we will go out to dinner one night and it is up the mtn, so we take a bobcat, so no cute shoes...:(.

My basics that I will be packing so far:







This is a weird pic, but you get the drift.

Then of course jeans, but I can't wear jeans to dinner and this really gets me stuck on how to look cute and dressier while wearing uggs?? Any help, or just mearly ideas of what you would wear if you were going skiing so I can get some inspiration...TIA!

That sounds like such a fun trip! My only suggestion is this sweater. I am in love with it but have talked myself out of it because it's not very practical for Florida. I hope someone gets it so I can live vicariously through them. It's also your favorite colors!

Darn, darn, darn...I leave tomm....I LOVE IT! I will have withdrawl not wearing my pink and green....well my gloves and hat are pink and I do have a green fleece...ok I know, I know, I am not going to rock it, but the sweater makes it ok!

well if you want something warm for just hanging around in I love putting hoodies under blazers


a  blazer over

That is a cute idea. Does anyone have one for the dinner? I really have no idea how to still look chic at a nice dinner with my family, but I can only wear Uggs, since I have to stomp in the snow and hop on a bobcat...?

What about cords, sweater w/cami peeking out of the bottom and maybe a chunky scarf to add a little pizazz  Have fun!

Great idea FP. I think that I am going to wear some red stretch twill pants from Old Navy, a black merino wool chunky turtleneck from saks, and now I am going to add a cami for underneath and my burberry black and white check scarf! I also packed a green wellsley cable tutleneck, a pink wellsley cable crewneck sweater, some jeans, my pink burberry earmuffs, my pink wrap that I wear as a scarf, my lv clutch, and some other stuff. Thank to everyone for your help. I will be up for a while if anyone else has some ideas!
