Workout: 45 min treadmill, 45 min weight training (lower body). Calories burned: 605
I'm getting back on track. For some reason my brain equates working out with eating whatever I feel like afterwards But not today!

L: boca burger on wheat with cheese, 1 cup grapes, small apple
D: unsure. Maybe homemade crawfish etouffee.
Workout: probably not going to happen today but I will try!
Breakfast: Eggbeaters and Veggie Sausage
Snack: 1/2 Luna Bar, Caramel Apple (yum)
Lunch: Leftover Low cal spaghetti & meatballs
Snack: other half of Luna Bar
Dinner: Low fat marinated flank steak with gravy and baked potato and green beans
Workout: 1 hour session with trainer
