a mini dress/top that is off the shoulder (one shoulder) and has a tight miniskirt part and the top is all blousy? Or it can just be drapey on top and tight on the bottom. Preferably a solid color...black? Something to pair over jeans w/ nice shoes. Looking for this style to replace another one I had but sold cuz it was too big on me :(

the american apparell one is so cute! and CHEAP! but I need something more dressy...damn. I was hoping for a more dressy material to wear at night...to that art gallery thing I'm goin to...
