It depends on what you want to wear them for/with.  The Nine West ones seem a little more dressy b/c they are strappy. The Carlos Santana seem like you could wear them with just about anything. They have a slight more casual vibe b/c of the thicker, stacked heel and just the overall style of the shoe. I personally, like the Carlos Santana ones better.

I love the light and slender look of the Nine West sandals. For some reason, the Carlos Santana ones remind me of the shoes my mother used to wear in the 80's, which is not a bad thing, though.
