So, the boots I bought to wear with my skirts arrived. I love the shape and everything, but my ankles are wrinkly. I titled this post "dumb boot question" becaue I'm not sure if this is normal or OK. I never really wore boots until just a year or two ago, and I've never really had this problem. My soft faux-suede boots have wrinkly ankles, but that material is floppy anyway so I expected it. My pair of stiff faux-leather boots stay straight throughout the ankle so I don't have this problem there either. And that's all the boot experience I have.
But these ones I just got wrinkle. And this is with my thick boot socks, so there's not much I could do underneath to stiffen it up unless I wanted to wear two or three pairs of socks! And I cannot, for the life of me, decide if this looks regular/OK or if I need to send them back. Help!
