As alot of you may know, I'm going to a destination wedding this May and I can't stop looking at beach clothes!!!! Someone help me!


#1 - $83 yay or nay?


#2 - $38 - i think i will probably get this


#3 - $105 Calypso - I will probably get soemthing similar at a Calypso sample sale / can someone recommend an amazing tie belt that would look oh-so Kate Moss-y with this dress?


#4 - $45 - Mella. That's alot for flip-flops but I got a flat pair once and wore them until they were disgusting. I love the wedge on these.


#5 - $39.50 - AE, there were actually a couple of very cute sundresses there! I will definitely have to check out AE before my trip.

If you were going on a tropical vacation.... what would you pack? Please give me ideas!!!!!!!!!!

I just have to say that I'm incredibly jeolous that you are able to go to the Calypso samples sale!

I LOVE the Calypso dress and the flip flops. 


For tropical vacations, I always pack way too many bathing suits (I can never decide before I go, but I usually end up wearing the same one over and over), a casual cottony dress that can be worn over a bathing suit during the day or with cute sandals at night, and a few tank tops (i love the j crew classic tank).  on my last vacation, i brought 2 pairs of charlotte beach pants (in white and light blue) and ended up wearing them almost every day to the beach.  they're really comfy.

Nice picks!  For the tie belt thing, I found my sister's bandana things except it was more like a faux suede headband..  but I used that as a belt.

I have that first gauzy dress!  I love it!  Mine is aqua though wherever the beige is (the ribbons and the little stripes).  I am def. planning on using it as a beach coverup.

honey - they are always having stuff on sale at the weird place on 36th street that is a constant vendor for sample sales.. it's like on the second floor. also calypso just opened an outlet boutique near it's store on grand or is it broome street?
