Dot - sounds like we are similiar. I have the underwear drawer of a high-priced hooker. Seriously...I go nuts at Agent Provocateur once a year or so. Do you have any of their Nikita line? So. Nice. But you're right, it's not for everyday wear.

I second the Underwoo love (I have that pair you posted) - but damn, it runs BIG! The pair in the pic was actually kind of *baggy* on me, which isn't the look I'm going for with undies.

For everyday I wear a lot of Eberjey because it's low cut (most of my pants/skirts) are hipster and it's mesh, so I can often get away with a boyshort style rather than a thong (I can wear thongs if necessary but I don't find them comfortable in any way shape or form).

Another brand I find super comfy is Love Tanjane. I think Girlshop carries them but I get it from allthingsbeneath.com (there are often codes for this site).

mia - YES those underwoo things are LARGE! my friend got it for me at xmas and i was seirously embarassed when i took them out at a restaurant when we were opening gifts... it was like "HELLO GRANDMA PANTIES!" but i seriously love them. i think the thing with them is they have no elastic in them so they dont' really hold up. i still want at least a few more pairs.

i will check out your recommendations.

nikkib - what kind of hanky panky do you get? lace thong? also where do you get your's? i'm interested in the lace/cotton combos.

I really love the AE boy shorts too. The slightly shiny ones with lace trim. They aren't the best quality but they fit me really well and look adorable!

I like Hanky Panky too. I have a few lace boyshorts that are nice but the lace thongs I have are a bit big on me.

VS panties never fit my butt right.

Those underwoos are adorable!

I get the lace low rise thongs. I normally get them at neimans but there are sometimes coupon codes for some of the online stores that carry them. I love them.

Gap body and VS pink. VS makes a better low-rise. Actually Hanes makes a good quality nice fitting lowrise at wal-mart for five bucks per four pack!

i really like the VS pink line- particularly the mesh thongs. i just bought a pair of cosabella thongs today- not sure how i will like them but a friend recommended them... the underwoos you posted are too cute! i am going to check them out!

VS Pink Mesh undies. Like isubatgirl said, it almost feels like I'm not wearing them. They have held up well after washing them too.

Here's all the underwear I actually like in my drawer.

VS Pink cotton thongs (maybe 6 or 7 of them, so comfy...)

AE boyshorts/hipsters (three, will probably add more seeing as the underwear is my favorite part of AE and I have a gift card.)

Samantha Chang (one Hello Kitty mesh hipster I got last weekend...that is so going to change)

Cosabella (one mesh Soire thong, but I'd definitely add more in the future)

David and Goliath boy briefs (one, but they're so freakin' adorable...mine is bubblegum pink with a sky blue fish and says 'sushi' underneath!)

Everything else in my posession sucks (VS cotton undies, cheapo thongs from Family Dollar, Jockey, Wal-mart, really old stuff that I got from like Sterns and Filenes in 6th grade...yeah, I think I need to purge just a bit )
