I like #2...they remind me of Fryes harness. BUT, I think you have to remember that you have twiggy little legs, and you should pick whichever boot will fit closest to the leg.

Definitely #1 - #2 looks a little old-style military to me and the color doesn't really go well with the style of the boot.  #1!  #1!  #1!

i have #1, except in suede and i wear them ALL the time.  with skirts, with jeans tucked into them, etc.  i would definitely get those.  #2, in my opinion, look big and clunky.
