morning ladies... so i didn't work out at all yesterday , but i filled out the paperwork for my new car! tonight i pick up the car and i seriously need to do laundry so i'm gonna try really really hard to make time for my yoga video, but this just might be my fourth day in a row of no excercise!! i promise to get back on track tomorrow!
No joke, I like almost died yesterday on the treadmill. I lifted very heavy for my glutes and quads Sunday then Monday I thought I could run like Forest Gump. Uh, yeah, so I'm dead today. 1 hour yoga class and biceps and back today-break from cardio!
I was so bad sunday and monday with the superbowl and mardi gras celebrations. I don't even want to admit what I ate. So I'm back on the bandwagon today

D:pizza maybe (homemade)??
Definetly will do pilates dvd and walk for 40 minutes
