morning ladies... so i didn't work out at all yesterday , but i filled out the paperwork for my new car!   tonight i pick up the car and i seriously need to do laundry so i'm gonna try really really hard to make time for my yoga video, but this just might be my fourth day in a row of no excercise!!  i promise to get back on track tomorrow!


b: oatmeal w/ soymilk


s: orange


l: lasagna & potato salad


s: banana


d: 1/2 grilled chicken breast, sauteed veggies: eggplant, green pepper, asparagus, & grape tomatoes


w: lugging my laundry up & down loads of stairs!

No joke, I like almost died yesterday on the treadmill.  I lifted very heavy for my glutes and quads Sunday then Monday I thought I could run like Forest Gump. Uh, yeah, so I'm dead today.  1 hour yoga class and biceps and back today-break from cardio!

 I was so bad sunday and monday with the superbowl and mardi gras celebrations.  I don't even want to admit what I ate. So I'm back on the bandwagon today


B: weight watcher apple muffin, nectarine


L: sandwich


D:pizza maybe (homemade)??


Definetly will do pilates dvd and walk for 40 minutes

S: cookie- chocolate dipped shortbread- looked so good I couldn't resist


D: leftover fish that I didn't eat last night


 


will try for some cardio tonight, but I have a ton of stuff to do. This would be so much easier if life wasn't so hectic!

i'm new and so glad you guys have this. i am always motivated by them!


i didn't work out last night either. i was not feeling well. but tonight i will do:


20 min on stair climber


legs work out - all the leg machines


crunches and side crunches


today i ate:


skipped breakfast because we were out of spread for toast


had starbucks turkey sandwich (about 240 calories which isn't horrible) for lunch


half of a bean, chicken and cheese burrito and tons of chips and salsa for dinner


glass of wine


2 mini snickers. hehe.

I'm a little late on this one, but what the hell... I might as well post it...

I did lower body weight training yesterday morning. As for my diet:

Breakfast - oatmeal with skim milk and pumpkin; coffee

Meal #1 - ham and lettuce sandwich on whole wheat bread; apple

Meal #2 - brown rice; 3oz chicken breast; cauliflower; small oatmeal cookie

Dinner - taco salad w/lettuce, pinto beans, chicken breast, and salsa; pumpkin w/fat free vanilla yogurt
