I'm going to Boston this weekend and will be out and about in the city for four days (I'm hoping to move there in July, so I want to check out some areas to live). Living in the South, I'm not sure that I'm very well equipped to stay warm while I'm there.
I have a JCrew thinsulate peacoat and a North Face down jacket, so I think I'm okay with coats.
Any suggestions on shoes/boots? Should I invest in boots? I've been looking at these, but I'm not sold on any of them:
Also any other suggestions for staying warm would be super great!!!
Hi... I live in Boston and since you aren't sold on the boots, I would pass. It's not snowing here and isn't expected to snow this weekend, so you can get away with warm socks and sneakers. The coats you named will be warm enough however dress in layers.
