Well, I'm not a mom but...why would it be different after you have a baby? Do you mean you'd still like to be stylish but dressed a bit older/not teenyboppy? I dunno, I always thought I'd dress the same if I had kids. How old are you?

I am a mom of two. I think that you need to dress as you normally would. I don't sacrafice fashion just because I'm a mom. I will not wear the same things to a PTA meeting as I would to ...heck I can't even say because I don't do the club/bar scene. For goodness sake don't start wearing big, unflattering, cotton housedresses out just because your a mom. Now if you are normally a "risky" dresser, you may want to save those skin baring outfits for times when it's you and other adults, not necesarrily when you are with your kids. Look at celebrity moms for inspiration. Don't stress it too much.
I'm just afraid I'll be living a life of yoga pants and sweatshirts! LOL I mean what do I wear all day when I'm home with the baby? No point in dressing up, but I don't want to be shabby all the time either. Plus I have to consider the throw up factor, right? I'm just trying to stay somewhat fashionable.
right. no need to "dress up" when you are home with the baby... but that doesn't mean yoga pants and sweatshirts all day, everyday either. yes, you have to dress to be able to crawl on the ground, chase the baby AND be presentable when you are out running errands, etc. i am a mom of a toddler and i usually wear a great fitting pair of jeans, cute flats or trainers and anything goes for tops (except for maybe silk!). i seriously haven't changed my look THAT much since becoming a mom, i just have to wash my clothes more often!
