Today I am doing:


Bicep curls (I'm up to 20 lbs weights now!) hammer curl, cable curl


Pull ups, pull downs with close-grip, lower back, trap raises


45 min-1 hour cardio


abs


C'mon ladies, what are we doing today?

well its raining and i don't get out of class till 8 so pilates may be it for me.


breakfast: cereal and milk


snack: string cheese


lunch: soy corn dog, 1 cup pineapple, nectarine


snack: apple and starbucks (light frapp)


dinner: cheddar broccoli soup (made from soup starters and it is really good and healthy), a veggie, and cheese sandwich.

morning ladies!  i wasn't too good this weekend, but i worked out M-F last week so i don't feel TOO bad.


breakfast: homemade cereal w/ soy milk


snack: orange


lunch: shrimp, pancetta & broccoli pasta (made by the sweet guy i'm dating)


snack: banana


dinner: grilled chicken, asparagus & 3 beans


workout: leg press, hip adductor & abductor, leg lift (dunno if that's the name) & leg push down (also dunno if that's the name), lower back thing (where u hang over the edge), & 20 min cardio

Breakfast:  2 pieces of whole wheat toast with low fat mar. & coffee


Snack:  fruit


Lunch:  Lean Cuisine & FF pudding


Snack: fruit


Dinner:  lasagana


Workout:  45 min cardio (i have pms and don't really feel like doing anything so this will have to do today)

I am flying out to DC today (at SEATAC right now), so no workout, but I went to the gym yesterday to make up for it. 


This morning, I had 2 cups of coffee and low fat coffee cake from Starbucks for breakfast.


For lunch, it will probably be a nutrition bar.

I cooked this weekend, so now I have a week's worth of yummy food in my fridge. Yay!

Breakfast - oatmeal with skim milk and walnuts; coffee

Meal #1 - brown rice, chicken breast, broccoli; small oatmeal raisin cookie

Meal #2 - whole wheat toast, hard boiled egg; apple

Dinner - whole wheat tortilla wrap with chicken, hummus, and grilled veggies; yogurt

I ran 5 miles this morning.

I had my trainer today, worked on lower part of my body including abs.
so far I've had a cup of coffee and high fiber cereal with soy milk.

I gained a pound!
What the hell?! I've been eating healthy! I know I shouldn't look at the scale but its hard not to

I have noticed my favorite jeans are fitting me a little loose in some areas....

B: just a cup of black tea


L: whole wheat bagel and low fat veggie cream cheese


D: vegetarian chili that I made last night- sooo good and really low calories


S: pepper strips and hummus


I am really tired today and have to work on a paper so probably just some yoga tonight.

don't worry tati, i ate some weird silver indian sweets at lunch plus some pocky sticks!  i'm horrible!!  oh, & they didn't have bananas or orangles today at 99c store so i got celery & pb  and some apple sauce cups for snacks.

I am so bad!  On the days I'm bad I don't answer this poll until late in the day, and today is one of those days.


Breakfast:  Raisin Bran, Yogurt, Nonfat Latte


Snack:  Nonfat Latte, Apple


Lunch:  1 fajita, cheese rollup, carrots, diet soda


Dinner:  Homemade Chicken Parmesan (1/2 chicken breast) and salad


Exercise:  I WILL do my toning exercises tonight!  I felt really good when I did them last Monday and I made myself sore, so I'm going to try to do that again tonight.
