morning ladies! i wasn't too good this weekend, but i worked out M-F last week so i don't feel TOO bad.
breakfast: homemade cereal w/ soy milk
snack: orange
lunch: shrimp, pancetta & broccoli pasta (made by the sweet guy i'm dating)
snack: banana
dinner: grilled chicken, asparagus & 3 beans
workout: leg press, hip adductor & abductor, leg lift (dunno if that's the name) & leg push down (also dunno if that's the name), lower back thing (where u hang over the edge), & 20 min cardio
OH NO! I COULDN'T RESIST! I JUST ATE A SLICE OF BUTTERCREAM CAKE! IT'S MY FAVORITE. IT WAS CALLING MY NAME OUT, I JUST COULDNT IGNORE IT I FEEL SO GUILTY NOW!
don't worry tati, i ate some weird silver indian sweets at lunch plus some pocky sticks! i'm horrible!! oh, & they didn't have bananas or orangles today at 99c store so i got celery & pb and some apple sauce cups for snacks.
I am so bad! On the days I'm bad I don't answer this poll until late in the day, and today is one of those days.
Breakfast: Raisin Bran, Yogurt, Nonfat Latte
Snack: Nonfat Latte, Apple
Lunch: 1 fajita, cheese rollup, carrots, diet soda
Dinner: Homemade Chicken Parmesan (1/2 chicken breast) and salad
Exercise: I WILL do my toning exercises tonight! I felt really good when I did them last Monday and I made myself sore, so I'm going to try to do that again tonight.
