I don't think you should wear sleeveless. The company may have a dress code policy and typically those do not allow for sleeveless tops. Do you have a jacket you could throw over it for the interview? Then you could wear it without the jacket in your car and up to the building. Then you would be cooler while walking, but could put the jacket on once you get inside.

i thought so. it's jsut difficult for me to put on an oxford when i'm dying to wear a sleeveless. i sucked it up and wore the LS.
i looked at the interviewers stack of papers... they have called 20 people back for a 2nd interview.
i'll put myself in the middle of the group, so i'll say i have a 10% chance of getting the job... they siad there were over 200 resumes sent, so i guess i'm doing fairly well to have made it this far :) keeping my fingers crossed.
