terry or velour?

ok so i have a hankering for something juicy, but should i get terry or velour?  i already have 3 velour hoodies (in earth, burgundy and turquoise) and two velour pants (earth and turquoise).  in terry, i have a little yellow strapless dress and a white cropped hoodie.  what do you all think?  have you seen anything cute?

i've kinda had an intch for juicy lately (because i think summer, i think juicy... i guess i have been thinking alot about beach/pool fashion for my upcoming trip. juicy on the brain!).

i'm not really feeling terry or velour. what about linen?




i'm really tempted to get one of these dresses for my trip.

i kinda like these dress that come in i think both terry and velour.... i guess i would prefer terry because i think of these as pool-wear. i fear i would look overly pregnant in this particular cut.

I'm going to hate myself for saying this, but I think you should get terry. I adore the summery terry colors and I completely ODed on terry last year (buying two of the dresses, the shirred one and the ruffled bottom one that's really similar to the terry on dot posted). Only thing is, I havem't had the greatest experiences with terry as far as quality goes. My sprout hoodie looks like it's gone through the crapper and I've had it since June '03. My velour hoodies, which I've had since October '03 look basically new, except for the zipper issues I'm having with my pink one (but that's another story...).


I am also in love with the linen dress dot posted. I tried it on and it was love, but I also have no justification to own it.

i have these terry capris and love wearing them on the weekends, around the house, etc. they make me feel like its summer even when its not. :)

Terry- I would wait till around March, b/c that is when all their really cute stuff comes out! Right now just the basics are cute!

right now nordstom has a bunch of terry and velor basics on sale at BIG discounts- just in case u want to stock up on basic stuff- including the tube dress

But if I had to pick between terrry or velour, I would say go with terry since you already have more velour and terry is perfect for spring/summer.
