Yes they do but you have to jump through some hoops. The item must be permanentaly marked down to the lower price and they need to be able to confirm it. Just to make it easier on yourself, take the number of the place that has the item.
That's their official policy. But, there are always difficult salespeople who just say no. If they say no, just go to the customer service dept. and ask them to do it.
