please help me make an outfit

I bought these shoes about six months ago from shoes.com on sale for $29.99.  I couldn't pass them up since they were so cheap, but I have not worn them.  I can't seem to come up with any good work outfits for them--any ideas?   The place I work is business casual to very professional.  Either one is fine .  I would be very appreciative of any help you can give.                                           CARLOS by Carlos Santana Hip-Hop

I like trousers, jackets, cute tops.  I usually shop at Ann Taylor, Gap, Old Navy, JCrew, Nordstrom, Banana Republic, JCPenney, sometimes Sears.   I am not really into any particular designer.
