Hi! I haven't ever responded to the diet posts because I'm always ashamed of what I'm eating. Ha ha. I am on a diet, though, theoretically - so this could be a good motivator.

Breakfast: fruit smoothie

2nd breakfast: oatmeal

Lunch: single veggie soft taco from Chipotle

Snacky snack: organic granola bar

Pre-workout snacky snack: banana with peanut butter

Dinner: soy "chicken" sandwich with avocado and tomato

Dessert: Fudgsicle

I could say I've been good but I'd be lying .  Here's the cold, hard truth.

Breakfast:  Shredded wheat, banana, coffee

Snack:  Apple

Lunch:  Chicken tortilla soup, carrots, cheese rollup (bad!), water

Dinner:  I'm afraid!  I have to go play cards with work people and I'm almost positive they're going to try to make me eat awful stuff!

Didn't excercise AT ALL yesterday (got caught up in making a wedding spreadsheet).  I'll try to do SOMETHING today, if I don't get home too late .

Humpf!

I don't know how you guys do it.  I don't think I could survive on a diet, I would get hungry all the time!

At least I do hit the gym 5-6 times a week to compesate for my eating

I've been crashing my diet lately...it all started w/ being snowed in w/ and being bored and making a chocolate cake :) Today was not soooo bad but definately not "on".
