STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I have about 20 pairs of shoes saved in my Zappos shopping cart that I check regularly to see if they've gone on sale.  One pair has and I want to buy them, but I don't want to delete everything else in my cart to do that.  I've tried logging out and creating a new user, but can't seem to find out how.  I called and the wait time is horrendous.  I thought about faxing my order in, but they want you to send in a form that you print out from the cart and it has ALL the shoes on it.  I emailed customer service and they said they'd respond within 3-4 days.  That seems like a long time.   Hopefully it's sooner, I don't want to miss this sale.

Have any of you run into the same problem with them?
