So I had like 5 transactions in my history that I had not yet transferred over to my bank account. I clicked on three of them and hit file. Well now they're gone and I can't find them. it shows my balance as $15 while I actually have $163 in there. Can anyone please tell me how to get to those that I put into this file that I cannot find? I'm afraid I lost my money somehow!!

not a clue, but I had to click on this because I though you somehow needed help with the pope, and I was really interested in what this could possibly be about. lol
Collette - at what time and on what day of the week did you click "file?" Could it be that it's going to take a business day for things to show up in your account? Maybe if the $$ doesn't land in your account by 5pm Monday, you can start calling/emailing support/helpdesk.
you should be able to click on like view account history, and then somewhere an option for view account history in last 30 days, last 60 days, and I think up to 3 months.
I'm able to view my account history but the 2 payments received that I clicked to file, the $$ is not showing up in my account. I understand I filed them but where the hell did I file them to? I emailed paypal yesterday and called today and sat on hold for 30 minutes before I just gave up. I'm getting so frustrated right now because I feel like by filing these transactions I've lost my $$. I've looked everywhere on the sight and I cannot find an option to unfile things and put them in my regular account again.

well i'll tell you one thing, even if you were to file a payment, that shouldn't change your balance - because what you're filing is really just looking at the history of your transactions but not the money itself. Don't get too upset - your money didn't disappear. When did you receive this payments? If you click on the my account tab, and then underneath that, "history," you can choose search and pick the date range - from whatever date you want through today and then you will see all the transactions for your account. The balance should never change - filling a transaction wouldn't do that. Making a withdrawal or a payment is really the only way. If you can't find what happened by clicking around, then plan on settling in for a long phone call tonight. In the meantime, shoot them an email and maybe you'll get a response that makes sense or they'll call you. I really wouldn't be scared though - this is just very very inconvenient. It's impossible for your money to just disappear - paypal is pretty organized and can see how your money got in and how it got out so if it just went from 163 to 15 they'd know the reason.
