So, these are some awesome sandals.  I'm looking for something similar, but I don't want to spend over $30.  I'd like them to be patent, if possible. 

I had these:
062904_1_300x300.jpg in black from Payless, and they were pretty much perfect for me.  However, my puppy ate one, and they no longer have them in black.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hard to tell from this pic, but these are patent - this pic shows the shape of the shoe best but other show you more the shine of the patent. 
Anyway, these are "mia" brand, marked down to 29.99 on piperlime.com

They have these at old navy - not patent, but pretty much the same style as what you posted:
