Can I wear patterned hose with a mini skirt?  To a gay club?  Will it look too tart-y or tacky?

Except my skirt is not velvet, it is like a black denim.


I'm so sick of wearing jeans and I'm kind of running out of ideas.  And I bought a bunch of the patterned tights in the beginning of the winter and I haven't had the guts to wear them with anything.

i would wear patterned pantyhose with skirts but maybe not with a black denim skirt.  maybe i'm having the wrong image in my head.  but hey...if u like it...rock it!

of course you can! i do it all the time. as long as they aren't fishnets i don't think it's tarty. plus it's a gay club for crying out loud!

I definitely think it would work, of course with the right top and footwear the tartiness factor would be minimal. A boat neck t-shirt would be cute.

For shoes I was thinking round toe heels.  Not sure about the top.  I don't think that I'm going to pull this off, I'm a wimp.  Maybe if I wait another week, I'll get the courage then.

I do patterned tights with minis all the time. I do tend to keep my shoe choices a bit conservative and my heels are never higher than kitten heels. Although I think for nighttime the RT pumps might be really cute.
