What are planning on getting? I find the unisex tees like the tri-blend, jersey v-necks etc. run large, while the dresses/leggings run small.

REALLY small!! I take an XL in American Apparel tees and I take a S in every other brand (Gap, J. Crew etc).

Ditto on the small (tops and dresses), and allow for shrinkage.

SMAAAAALLLLLL! I'm an xs size 0, and everything in my size is way, way too small for me. I would suggest you to go up 2 sizes!
Also, I hate to be a "debbie downer" because I'm all for supporting U.S . made products, but the quality is not very good...So choose wisely.

Agree on the quality being eh, but I'm guessing sizing depends on the cut. I'm actually wearing an AA racerback tank in medium, and I think it's generous. It could be unisex, now that I think of it.
