I ordered these last week and just got them today. They are SOOOOO cute. I love how they look and they are amazingly comfortable. If anyone is familiar with Wallabees, they feel just like that. The heel is about 3 inches so they make your legs look great. If you're looking for a casual pair of spring shoes... I highly recommend these.
They are really true to size. I wear a 10 (I'm tall so the big feet make sense) and they fit perfectly.

I've examined my shoe and I think you could totally switch out the laces. I think pink, white, or eve pale yellow would look super cute.
Since I am in love with these shoes, I'm thinking about ordering the orange pair too. I would change the laces because the tan ones look gross. I'm thinking pale pink or white... any other ideas?

Sooo sorry to bring these shoes up again. *blush* But I just got the orange ones in the mail today and remembered this thread. You're right -- they're so cute on your feet and very, very, very comfortable. To be honest, I personally never even liked mocs before this pair! But these caught my eye and I'm so glad I took a chance on this style. (Although, this is still the only way I'd wear them...) And I agree, they do run TTS. My 7.5's fit like a dream.
But there was one surprise...the laces on the orange pair I got aren't tan like they are in the Web site photos. They're peachy! Pretty funny because I actually like the contrast of the tan laces you called gross. *grin* (No worries, of course...to each her own!) So I wanted to give a heads up about the color of the laces. You might not get tan laces, I don't know!
