This is a guess but I am thinking probably only Marni boutiques or other pretty high-end boutiques. I'm not sure I've ever seen one for sale elsewhere. Uh...OK, you could also try net-a-porter.com and brownsfashion.com - they carry Marni *I think*. If Marni has a website you could e-mail them as well.
