What to buy for...

my boyfriend that is going to start his job which requires lots of traveling? not sure what section to post this is, but i figured it would get more responses here. my bf is starting his new job and is traveling across the country, 10 days on, 4 days off. He just bought new luggage and i wanted to get him a "congrats on the job/congrats on graduating" gift. I wanted it to be under $75 if possible.  I asked what he needed and he doesnt really need anything besides a laptop travel bag, but i am assuming those are not around $75 and under (if there are....where would i look for one??)...what else should i get him? thanks!

Maybe an atomic travel alarm clock if he doesn't have one already?

How about a nice new travel documents holder?

Or a nice new toiletry bag?

I suggest looking on Overstock.com for a laptop bag under $75.

Does the bag have to be "corporate" looking? Or leather? Karmaloop.com has great messenger, DJ and laptop bags.

Bagking.com has a giant selection too - you could probably find a laptop bag and matching toiletry bag for around $75.

I personally like the atomic alarm clock! It's such a pain to have to change the time every time you're somewhere different.

travel alarm clocks are a good idea - just get a wind up one - the batteries can die, and he could find out by waking up too late...

there are plenty of laptop bags on 6pm for under $75 (just because a woman is pictured holding this bag, doesn't mean it's for women)
MetroSafe 300 (850 cu. in./14 L)

this is a little more than you want to spend at $87 at overstock, but a dual time watch is very handy for travel.  I bought one for my husband and it's his everyday watch since he deals with people in other countries a lot, as well as travels internationally.  even with domestic travel, it comes in handy.  on my dual time watch, I keep one face at home time always, and change the other face to where I'm visiting:
