Casey, they do, but only till 1 pm EST today!  You have to spend more than $150 and it's automatic 2-day shipping. HTH!

I didn't know there was a 30% off code for shopbop!
I used the one from scoop for 20% off, and yes, got free shipping as well.  No tax unless you're in Wisconsin, so even better!
