So Dad gave me a $150 gift card to Nordstrom, bless his heart.  Maybe it's just Monday ennui, but I am not seeing anything on the nordstrom site (specfically looking in the sale section, since it's on and all) that floats my boat.  Please help me decide what to do!


Option 1:


I have been looking for a black tote for work/travel (to carry in addition to a handbag).  My challenge has been finding something that is big enough to be useful and to not be confused for a handbag (so people aren't thinking, "Why is that chick carrying two handbags?"  See?)

Option #2


My other option is to wait until I need more makeup and buy that... that's not so exciting, but it is practical.

Another option of waiting, but this time just until they get some intersting new spring clothes.


Option #4


Go to the store and see what strikes me, possibly spending more money... that's the danger.  I was sort of thinking maybe I should just get something so I am not lured into having a little spreee.

i vote for spring clothes too!  the spring merchandise will start coming to the stores soon, and before too long it's what you'll be looking forward to wearing.  if there are things you need to get through winter, though, like if you really need warm pants or some sweaters, then i'd get something for right now.

I have to agree.... if nothing is jumping out at you, skip it... we are so overloaded with heavy winter stuff your going to wish you would have saved the money for the bright spring stuff.

I voted to wait for spring too.  If there's nothing there calling out to you - I'd wait because I'm sure something will come up soon. 
I know what you mean about going in there and spreeing..... I'm guilty of that and should stop.  Then again I have found some great things that way....
