Please help me choose a dress

OK, I'm attending my sister's graduation in May.  It'll be in New York (she's graduating NYU) and it'll be at Yankee Stadium and then we'll have a dinner party afterwards for her (location still undecided).  I have three dresses in mind, all are the same price-$120.  Tell me what you think:

4131gyEADfL._SL500_SX288_.jpgThis is Bebe, tried it on in the store and it looked really cute on however seemed easily wrinkled.

eqzoom.ms?img=2121656.pct&outputx=340&outputy=408&level=1&x=0&y=0&backcolor=#FFFFFFThis dress is BCBG, I tried it on last year when it first came out into stores and it was also cute on, a little longer than the first Bebe dress.  I originally didn't buy it last year because it was too expensive for me.

style #2047582 available sizes: 8 10 12This is Nicole Miller.  I think it's very pretty in the picture.  Downside would be I've never tried it on and have never purchased a Nicole Miller dress so I'm unsure of sizing.  The material is silk chiffon.

Opinions???

i like 3, but it might be a little low cut for a graduation

#2. The other two aren't quite appropriate for a graduation ceremony JMO.

Depending on the size of your bust, you may want to change the "low cut" halter trend you're considering. Seems like you may upstage your sister.

Also, silly question but if its Yankee stadium, will you be sitting in the stands? If so, you will need a longer sort of dress (don't want people to be able to see all the way up...)

The 1st one is sooo pretty. I don't mind the low cut.

#2 seems the most appropriate for a family gathering, i.e. a graduation

I love the bright color of the first one. It's very summery and seems like it would be pretty universally flattering in terms of the shade. However, I agree with the other girls that it might not be the most appropriate in terms of style for the occasion. Maybe you could find something in the style of the 2 or 3 but in a more summery color?

How Funny, I bought #1 for my graduation too. But I"m wearing it for my grad After Party! It was too cute to pass up. I'm wearing a little something more conservative for the actual graduation, even though I'll be covered up like a nun from head to toe!

I haven't figured out what yet though???

Well based on everyone's response, I may just go ahead and keep looking for a dress! I guess when I was looking I wanted something that I wasn't going to wear just one day, something I could wear all summer, hence the beachy sundresses.  I may still get one of them and just wear a cardigan over...but for now I'll keep looking.  If you see anything, let me know!
