Is there a place to post great deals? 


This is probably old news but Columbia House has all their boxed DVD sets 40% off, which in some cases ends up being cheaper than amazon prices.

I ordered the OC last week for $41.97 and it is on its way to me!  I had gone to three stores looking for it willing to pay full-price and it was sold out everywhere - someone mentioned a nationwide shortage.  
Nip/Tuck is only $36 too.  I already own it (got it after-TG at Fry's for $30!) but I'm picking up another copy to give as a gift. 
Speaking of DVDs, Season Six part 2 of SATC is only $31.49 at overstock.com


I'm so glad to be on vacation doing absolutely nothing!!!

Are you looking for brand new box sets or not?  You can usually find them cheaper on amazon or half.com if they are used but check the condition first.  Every now and then you can catch deals at Target or Walmart.  Overstock is also good I agree. I'll keep my eyes open for any sites or deals I find and pass them along.


<me bragging some :) > I got simpsons season 4, family guy season 1&2, and dawson's creek all at target after thanksgiving for 17.77 each and seventh heaven season 1 for 45 on overstock.com so it made my christmas shopping a little cheaper.

SATC season 6 part one and two is on sale for 29.99 at target stores (not on online)..but I'll have to check out the other sites you mentioned...thanks!!!

Thanks for the info Catherine!

I wanted to pass along what's at Target this week.  All seasons of SATC are 29.99 except the first one.  That one is 22.99! Thirteen going on thirty is $10 and some popular new video games - GTA San Andreas is one of them - are $37.  All Christmas stuff (chocolate, cards, home stuff that doesn't even look Christmasy) is half off. HTH someone!
