I really like these tees by Chandi (on Virgin Threads). They are $36 and come in different colors and styles and there are maybe 20 designs.

threadless.com is the site where people submit their own designs. I have several shirts from there and I love them!

Some other good ones are localcelebrity.net, cottonfactory.com, vintagedge.com, palmercash.com, sparkfashion.com (pick a screen and tee), and customglamgirl.com (custom screens...you can pick your own writing and everything). There are a couple of others that I like, but I can't remember the URL's.
