Go International line in target

Anyone see the Go International line in target?  Not the Jovovich-Hawk one.  I saw some cool dresses, skirts and tops under the Go International brand, but they are not available online, just wonder who else have also see it.  I am in love with a pink and grey chiffon dress but they don't have size xs in store.

is it part of this collection? if so it's part of target's private label collection that they're doing. i've been checking my local target, but it hasn't shown up there yet. i'm sad b/c i really want to check it out.
