I'm on the hunt for some new ballet flats, and I hope I can find some that are *reasonably* comfortable - at least a little padding and arch support so I don't feel every pebble on the street when I walk.
Do you have any favorites? I am thinking about trying Taryn Rose's lower priced Taryn line, Repetto or Tory Burch. I am willing to spend up to $200, but for comfort, not trendiness
The most comfortable pair i own are by Me Too. I think I paid $30 for them at TJ Maxx. I love them and always get tons of compliments on them. Very cute and very well made. I've worn them to death, but they show very little wear.
I was also going to suggest Me Too, I have a high arch and find most flats to be uncomfortable but these are like walking on air and they're cute too. HTH!
Oh, and I got one pair from Nordstrom's clearance section and the other pair from Lovemyshoes.com on sale/clearance.
I agree with the other posters, get some Me Too's. I love the Nevada style the best, I've got three pairs of them. I have another loafer style one from Me Too that's also really comfy.
I've found Tory Burch flats to be very comfortable, I definitely don't feel every pebble on the street. The first time I wore them it was on an all day shopping trip and I had no complaints. I did have to get used to the elastic back though, at first I thought they may be too small but once I wore them around I got used to it. Also, my Jeffrey Campbell flats are comfortable and held up well.
Good luck!

I got some super comfortable ballet flats at Target for about $11. I've worn them a lot already and they really are great. I think some other ST girls have bought them and said the same.
I have a pair of Chanel flats that I think has a really great level of support for ballet flats, but I know that isn't your price range. I have two pair of Jeffrey Campbell ballet flats and although one has no support at all (but are so cute) the other pair does have nice support and are comfortable to wear all day.
